I'll be 62 in a few years and I feel like I am much younger than I was a few months ago. The aches and pains are so minor in comparison to what they were even on meds. I feel like I have a new lease on life. Us old ladies rock.

I'm so glad you are doing well. I took my last insulin shot the day after surgery and that was worth it all right there. It is just amazing what the WLS has done for us!

Linda, you are so right. I am beginning to feel the benefits beyond the blood sugar. Moving better, getting up from the couch, getting into the car. I notice something new almost every day.
