Today is my DH's birthday so likely will go straight from work to home then out to dinner. So, I'll count this as my 'rest' day even though I will not be getting any rest...lol

OK, I went round 2 when DS went down for his nap. I did a 30 minute boxing interval routine. It kicked butt! 3 minute rounds and 1 minute of rest in between. The 3 minutes can be punching the heavy bag (my newest toy), jump rope, running on the treadmill, crunches, pretty much anything full intensity cardio.
