Bariatric Advantage vs Vitalady Vitamins & Minerals For DS
Trying to get educated on post surgery vitamin and mineral supplement options. Please share your experiences, thoughts and comments concerning the Bariatric Advantage Multi Formula High ADEK product vs the DS recommended regimen by Vitalady. One obvious difference is that the Bariatric Advantage product is less expensive. Has anyone used this product and experienced acceptable lab results over time? Anyone used this product and been dissatisfied and / or experienced poor lab results over time? Is there another acceptable option besides these two?
Thanks,
Patrick
I was on an all-in-one multi plan recommended by my surgeon and we watched my labs sink. He approved VL's plan at 9 months post-op and my labs have been great ever since.

I had an RNY and I have been using the multi vitamin that my Surgeon recommended and after a year my A was low so I ordered Tender A from Vita lady and my labs 6 months later were up again. When I ran out I didn't reorder thinking I was probably absorbing better now, well I was wrong because now my A and D are both low. I think I learned my lesson this time and I'm going to stick with Vitalady's list because since she has been in my shoes she knows what I need.
