Another busy day at work! I left a little early because I felt a big wave of fatigue. I feel better now that I rested a bit. Here was and is my food for the day:

D- ricotta bake (10 g)

Had a pretty good day today. I had no bad carbs and did not crave them too much either. I made protein pudding tonite and thought it said 1 cup of protein powder but it actually said 2 scoops! Yikes! I got a bunch of extra protein but not logging it cause I don't know how much,lol.
