I've been doing real good ~ and getting a lot of bang for my buck on the protein and calories. now if the scale would be just as nice! Clothes fit just fine but scale is not nice...did I already say that...lol the scale is...oh nevermind stupid scale....
S - 1/2 biscotti...yes, I actually only ate 1/2...(1.5g & 75 cal)
B - egg-a-boo & 1/2 protein packed cottage cheese pancake (23g & 158 cal)
L - 2 1/2 oz turkey deli slices w/tossed salad (10g & 90 cal)
S - laughing cow cheese (2g & 35 cal) and sliced bell peppers
S - protein shake (47.5g & 271 cal)
recipe: 1/2 tspn of sf instant strawberry jello powder
1/2 cup greek yogurt (11.5 g & 65 cal)
4 oz water
1/3 cup sugar free cherry pie filling (35 cal)
1 1/2 scoops protein powder (36g & 171 cal)
Blend for like a good minute and top with whipped cream!!
D - ?? not sure as it is DH's birthday today. I'll fill in totals later
S - protein shake if needed (24g & 114 cal)
Protein: 109.5g w/o dinner
Calories: 758 w/o dinner
Vits: on track
H2O: 40 oz down....

I never thought about jello powder. I have some that I bought for after surgery but I really hate jello and surgery didn't make any difference. But I liked the flavors it came it so I will try it flavoring some of my drinks. great idea.

I had lots leftover too and one day I was shopping @ walmart and saw the pie filling and it clicked...why not use that instead of SF jelly to change up flavors...so, i brought it home and used JUST the filling...and really didn't do anything to it but change the color,...LOL
So, I searched for SF instant pudding mixes i have at home to beef up flavor and I saw the jello powder and tried it. I've seen other wls shake recipes that have it so i knew it was a thought on the right track...That was yummy...

Good afternoon everyone.
I tried poached salmon yesterday, all mushed up...my tummy did not like it, so we stopped! I will wait another week and maybe try again. Although not so sure I want that feeling again. I have listened to all the advice on here, eat slow and chew and up until I tried the salmon, I have not had one single issue......so I think I am not ready for it.
Going easier today, I still worry about leaks as I am 5 weeks out.
B-Protein Shake (30 g)
L- Yogurt with protein powder (30 g)
D-Ricotta and salsa (12 g)
S- Runny oatmeal
Walked for 30 mins today
All vitamins done
Now to go shovel.....man I cannot believe that we get snow everyday.

please be REALLY careful and dont shovel Ginny ! U CAN rupture something inside especially now as Ure nowhere near healed yet .
