2 protein chai teas
one childs plate portion of chicken breast tandoori and mushrooms sauteed in lowfat peanut sauce
( and i thought U guys were KIDDING about the childs plates lol ) - i could barely get it down without a sneezing fit i think my pouchies getting smaller but still HEALTHY size
crazy organic blue Sumatran coffee with protein creamer ... just for fun ( its good by the way - should be like 50 bux a one lb bag ! )
little piece of clay oven baked fresh Nan bread
lunch = popcorn air popped
snack - blueberries w tiny dolop of lowfat vanilla haagen dazs frogurt w raspberry sorbet
dinner - oven " fried ( shake n baked ) zucchini rounds ( yum! )

A LOT of GRATITUDE - that my weight is holding , that I have a PS appointment in a week ,
that interest rates are dropping just when i need to negotiate our huge loan with our bank ;)
that I have good health , a nice husband and great people working 4 me . Im so lucky !
I just CANT believe all the positive and SIGNIFICANT changes since my bariatric surgery !
Wow - I IMAGINED i was just getting rid of my diabetes ( no small thing ) ..HAH !! Its been truly life -changing in Every sense - work, personal life ,prospects and longstanding dreams suddenly made achievable ...and in the most POSITIVE way
I guess I just wanted to thank YOU Dear and all the liteweights again ... what a wonderful loving support team we are

Cant believe I missed hunting season ;( this year ..I LOVE venison so much ....so healthy , so good for us ( and the deer too ..who NEED to be hunted to truly thrive ) . They are quasi- domesticated animals in THAT sense ..... they reproduce too fast on heir own and starve themselves out of any environment without culling .......
quiet as its kept its actually much crueler NOT to hunt them .... much starvation .

Scale was actually UP 1/2 lb today - go figure! I've been very good the past few days, BUT, my jeans fit better today, so I know its just a timing thing. NO adult beverages for past 2 days. Actually, that's a requirement for my PS no alcohol for 2 weeks prior, so that's a good motivator.
B - 2 1/2 protein coffees, more coffee
L - large piece of spinach pie, may make it 2 meals
S - Syntrax Nectar cappacino - yum - this is a great mid afternoon snack.. I got the munchies and found this in my bag
