im really jealous of Ur enviable deer venison dinner Roz .... can I invite myself lol?

Cant believe I missed hunting season ;( this year ..I LOVE venison so much ....so healthy , so good for us ( and the deer too ..who NEED to be hunted to truly thrive ) . They are quasi- domesticated animals in THAT sense ..... they reproduce too fast on heir own and starve themselves out of any environment without culling .......

quiet as its kept its actually much crueler NOT to hunt them .... much starvation .

Hi Roz!  Feeling better today and back to work.  Worked from home yesterday but now have a bunch of stuff I HAVE to get done here.  Doesnt' feel like a truck ran over my head today and got the paperwork from Freddie Mac for the condo I'm buying.. Just like a government agency - I wait 12 days for them to send ME paperwork because they're backlogged, and THEY want it back in 2 hours... sorry dudes, but I've got questions.....

Scale was actually UP 1/2 lb today - go figure!  I've been very good the past few days, BUT, my jeans fit better today, so I know its just a timing thing.  NO adult beverages for past 2 days.  Actually, that's a requirement for my PS no alcohol for 2 weeks prior, so that's a good motivator.

B - 2 1/2 protein coffees, more coffee
L - large piece of spinach pie, may make it 2 meals
S - Syntrax Nectar cappacino - yum - this is a great mid afternoon snack.. I got the munchies and found this in my bag
S - a few pieces of salami
D - idk - probably chicken

Vits:  yes
Water:  doing pretty darned good today!
