I have been testing the pouch lately and seeing what I can handle now.
I have found that I still cant do lettuce but celery and spinach are AMAZING!

Is the celery w/ peanut butter ok to snack on?

I have had it with no problem as long as you chew chew chew...

I like the natural peanut butter (gotta stir kind) because it is not too sweat and a little goes a long way. I also like to use the greek yogurt and add dry ranch seasoning to make a nice veggie dip.

Have fun with it

I have only done cooked celery due to the strings but it is amazing to me that spinach and celery are ok and lettuce isn't.  Aren't our pouches funny?  I do pb2 and apple slices for a treat.

I've been avoiding the celery. I can eat like 1/3 cup of lettuce. The greek yogurt/ranch thing sounds yummy. I actually hate raw celery and baby carrots and will be very happy to never eat those little buggers again! I bought a cucumber the other day but I haven't tried it yet.

Make sure all the strings are out of the celery and you chew it well. I dump on more than a teaspoon of peanutbutter. It is also very fattening, even if it doesn't make you dump. I would say it is ok to eat it occationally, but I wouldn't have it every day.  If you like spinach, try making spinach dip with plain Greek yogurt. It is very good for you (protien, calcium, low fat, low sugar) and tastes great. You could put that in your celery.
