Another snowed in day.  The kids who were coming to scrape the drive never made it so maybe tomorrow.  I did try out my new disk for the wii and it has lots of new activities and counts the calories you burn.

Do you actually put fish in your soup?  I'm not sure about that combination.  One of my favorites is tuna fish mixed in scrambled eggs.  It might sound strange too but my DD's love it, but they add noodles too.

I do.  I make 2 kinds.  One had a tomatoe base and starts out pretty much like a meatless spagitti sauce with fish.  The other has a milk base with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, clam juice and cream only I use milk.  I grew up in Fla and ate a lot of fish.

I have been in a funk for the last few weeks and can't seem to snap out of it. i am blaming it all on carb overload,lol,even though i am doing better with that. I just felt SOOOO much better physically and mentally before I let the bad carbs back in.

I will keep working on it and pray for spring!

I always get in a funk after the holidays but it goes away as fast as it came.  It could be the carbs, I never thought about that.
