I don't make ice cream anymore. I love the CarbSmart fudgesicles and they are so much easier-of course they don't have protein in them. I go through spells of doing something and then change to something else(haha).
I make my white chicken chili and love it. What was wrong with yours? I got the recipe off the recipe forum a long time ago. It is really good.

B - Protein shake made w/sf cherry pie filling...um, yah, yummy (36g & 206 cal)
S - egg-a-boo (my recipe egg white with sausage fried into it) (16g & 110 cal)
L - 1 stuffed slider (my recipe) served w/small salad (15.5 & 158 cal)
S - celery and laughing cow cheese (5g & 80 cal)
S - apple w/greek yogurt dip (sweetened w/sf syrup and tossed w/blueberries) (12g & 161 cal)
D - baked tilapia w/mashed cauliflower (23g & 118 cal) if I can finish 4oz of fish...lol
S - greek yogurt mock pudding (12g & 65 cal)
Protein: 119g
Calories: 898
My intake has been averaging 55% Protein, 25% Carbs, 20% Fat. Not too bad I'd say and it's all HEALTHY Carbs...
Vits: on track
Water: 20oz down

L: 2 oz of chicken breast w/ about 2 oz of mash potatoes
S: FF Jello
D: 1 BBQ rib with some Cucumber/Tomato/fetta cheese salad with FF Italian dressing
Did 3.5 miles on the elliptical this morning and will do some lower body work out later on at home.
Water: So far 8 oz....need to work on that
