Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Hi Roz!  I did very well with my eating yesterday and the scale didn't move... I shouldn't be surprised, but a little disappointed.  Oh well... I WILL prevail!!  Menu may adjust according to my tastes.... which are WAY off today...

B - 2 protein coffees lots of other coffee
L - snacked on almonds, a few tortilla chips
D - leftover white chicken chili or spinach pie
S - maybe a meat/cheese plate

Vits:  yes
Water:  yes

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I know you are disappointed with the scale but it will probably all of a sudden drop.  Just keep sticking to your protein.

Good morning! Woke up in a bad mood thinking about everything and everyone in a negative way...going to do a 3 mile jog and then p90x in a few to get out of this funk! :)

6am-string cheese and hot chocolate protein (just got this yesterday and YUM! you can't even taste the protein)
9am-protein drink/toast
1pm-protein drink
5pm-protein bar

690 cal
30 carb
88 protein

vits + 100 oz water

Love that you turn to exercise to get out of the funk.  So much better than Chinese!  :)  What brand is the hot chocolate?  I'd love a change from the protein shake.  Thanks.

Yes and I don't feel gulity after working out! :) Here is the hot chocolate...The original store of this website is where I live and they have sample days so that's how I found this. I swear by it...I had my parents try it and they had NO idea that it was good for you ;)

Is it actually Protein hot chocolate or did you mix chocolate protein in hot chocolate? What brand did you buy, where, and how many grams?

It's just one powder that you mix into ho****er...I buy it from a store where I live but they have an online website. The link I posted isn't taking it right to the product for some reason. It's called protidiet hot cocoa, 90 calories, 3 carbs (I think) and 15 protein. It taste really great.
