Wow, the time went fast for me.........have to say I am the happiest I have ever been in my life! This was the best thing I ever did for ME! For once in my life, I put myself before my family. But in the end, it's been the best for all of us....I am much happier with the myself so I am happier with my family! Here is to another great year to come.....

Congratulations on your 1-year!!! You've done so well!

I'm about at the 6 month mark (as far as surgery is concerned) but I actually started this journey with my first WLS seminar and primary care doctor appt. last January....the year has definitely flown by!
