I'll see about updating my signature pumba...You should try that pbj snack...I thought I wanted to roll around in it.  DH tasted it (and a co-worker) and they liked it a lot. I am going to have to make another batch tomorrow to make it through the week.

I had a great weekend in Aiken, SC.  I ate fine and stayed on program although I didn't have time to come on and post, which I missed. 
Weighed less when I got home than I did when I left.  I didn't take my calcuim so I am being diligent about getting it in the next few days.  That is the only one I really have problems remembering since it is through the day, not am or pm.
We're snowed in so it is a slow, catch up day.  Sorry to have had to miss Zumba.

I had trouble with my calcium too so I bought the chocolate chews that I take at work and besides getting my calcium in I get a little chocolate fix too.

Our snow is coming tomorrow afternoon. I'm dreading it!

The  scale is slowly moving.  Been a lot less hungry and doing less grazing now that I upped the dense proteins at meals and cut the carbs.--Took walking to get those scales moving though.

Hi Roz!!!! Just been lurking around but thought I would check in with my wonderful friends here at LW. Getting in those vitamins and protein shakes. I have been eating small meals usually 3-4 times a day. My stomach is really small and so far bread is out unless it's a piece of toast. Today I have had a bowl of veg. Soup at Panera with a few chips and half a cherry pastry. I snacked on tapioca pudding and then ate a small piece of sausage with kraut and snap peas, potatoes with red peppers. Plus a small bowl of ice cream. I drink 3 bottles of Lipton green tea a day. Well gonna get some sleep.....take care friends ........ Jeff

Yeppers. All those carbs keep stuff going. I too am "less than regular". LOL

B- Egg white omlette: salsa, turkey, light cheddar
S- string cheese, green beans
L- Turkey meatballs
S- almonds
S-beef jerkey
D- turkey, tomato, shirataki, cheese
S- Protein pudding and home made sugar free whipped cream

Calories- 1229, carbs 48, Protein 124

Exercise: 3 hours of high intensity cardio- I taught kickboxing, strengh and cardio intervals, and zumba. That should have easily burned 1500 calories.
