Still doing great...I actually am happy that I am wearing a pair of pants that in the end of November were 'snug'...I had bought them off the rack and thought oh hell I can wear them for short periods if needed...lol or have a supression garment under...lol...so I hung it up and left it. The scale has not moved at all any lower than the day i bought them...and today I thought what the hell I'll suffer through snug pants....AND THEY FIT FINE! :) So the point is that even though the scale is not moving, we still may be shrinking...lol

Awesome menu!
Do you cook for your family too or do they eat what you eat?
I've never been much of a cook because my DH likes to eat the same things over and over again. When the girls were into sports and lessons we ate out alot. That's where all my extra weight came from.
Do you make your shakes with water and ice or do you use milk? I couldn't drink thick shakes at the beginning but I'm wondering if I'd like them now.

Yes, I only cook 1 meal for the family. They eat what I eat...not the other way around...
I am experimenting with lots of recipes to make them highest in protein content with great flavor. So far so good...
I make my shakes with water because I cannot do milk...not even the lactaid stuff...don't like it really...
So jus****er. I use the 2 minute blend method and use less water. Like 5-6oz. I can't drink them that fast at all but it sits real well for a long time!
I made mine this morning and brought to work to drink several hours later and it was just as thick when I shook it up to refre****lol so it was good.
