Menus and Miles Mon. Jan. 10th
I've started posting my meals on mydailyplate.com and it's really helping me see my totals throughout the day so I can make adjustments. I realized that I was eating to much fat and not enough protein. Still struggling with getting all the water in.

Posting is something that really helps and I think everyone should do that until they at least get to goal.

DH birthday today so we are going out for dinner. I checked the menu and pretty much all that I can eat is the soup; which I love so won't be an issue.

When I was early out I ate a lot of soup. It was always the safest thing on the menu and I knew I wouldn't get anything stuck and ruin the evening. Then I seem to graduate to grilled cheese and now it is the meat in from fajitas because it is always super tender.
