He and the other editor had to go back a week early to get the art department's publication ready for print. He wanted to stay home another week but he's driven to get this book ready. He got his grades for last semester...all A's and one B+. The B+ was in some English Lit course he took as an elective. This semester he's taking 4 studio courses. That's a lot of time in the lab!

Hi Roz!  Congrats on the new girl... she'll be trained and making your life better in no time!

At Toms and he made breakfast for his kids.  I wasn't really hungry.. I'm typically not for breakfast.  Heading back to my place in awhile.  (we live 45 minutes from each other)

B - a bunch of coffee and a piece of spinach pie
S - 1 piece of candy... homemade from Christmas - yuk, didn't taste all that good either.
D - a couple of beers and part of a taco salad
S - a coffee drink - yum!

Vits:  yes
water:  ?

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Good morning! I'm starting p90x today and i'm scared/excited!

7am- protein shake
11am- chicken salad
2pm- string cheese and turkey
5pm-chicken salad


800 calories
10 carb
84 protein

plus vits and 100oz water

have a good day everyone :)

How do you manage to get so much water  in? I battle with getting 32-64 oz of water a day.  this is truly the only part I am having a hard time with.

I buy the rasberry green tea crystal lites (for the liter) and I mix in 50 oz of water for each packet and leave them on the counter all day...it seems like it's easier to drink at room temp and the flavor is just enough to make it easier to go down :)

p90x is a dvd set and their claim is that you transform your body in 90 days...it's a really intense workout and it's kicking my tush!

I slept in today so my day started with Lunch  : )

Lunch:  2 large grilled shrimp, 2 oz grilled chicken
Snack:  1/2 bottle of Vitamin water
Dinner: 4oz Gilled chicken with grilled zuchini
Snack: Cheese stick or Healthy Choise fudge
