Hi Roz,
It is hard for me to kick them.  Carbs and sweets both.  I got hooked over the holidays.  I heard someone say this morning there were cookies in the break room - I need to just stay out of the break room today.  Play practice tonight will be hard enough because they bring all kinds of snacks.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Small Wendy's Chili w/ cheese - NO Crackers
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Small Wendy's Chili (Hopefully no crackers)
S:  Carbmaster Ice Cream

Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None

I had a meeting in my office this morning with a colleague who brought in two giant sugar cookies.  I asked her nicely to please wrap them up and not eat them until after the meeting.  I would love to make a sign for my office that says "No Sugar Zone" but I think it is a bit extreme!

Exercise today is back doing my chores with the animals...cleaning chicken coop (YUCK), dogs and more snow shoveling.  
B- Protein Shake (30 g)
S - Iced tea with protein (10g)
L-Ricotta/Refried Bean bake (12 g)
S-Protein Shake (30 g)
D-Ricotta/Refried Bean Back (12 g)

Getting 2l of fluid (no sugar ice tea)

B12, Multi and calcium all done.

You guys inspire me to stay on the straight and narrow!

Roz - I'm fighting the carb monster RIGHT NOW!!  Its head hunger and i know it.  I think the reason why I'm feeling some hunger now is because I drank too soon after eating. 

B - 2 protein coffees and a regular one
S - another coffee
L - part of a chicken breast with hot sauce
S - Lord help me stay out of the snack machine, but I DO have some greek yogurt.
D - no idea

Miles:  zumba tonight

Ok, I'm jumping in!  I normally just read what everybody is eating to help me out.  So...here it is for today:

B- Protein Coffee
S- Cottage cheese with 1/2 pear
L- Tuna, about 2 ounces with a little mayonaisse
S- Premeir Protein shake
D- Probably turkey chili

Vitamins:  one more multi and more calcium to take later
Water:  in progress

Roz ~ truly wise words...and I get the same symptoms you do...the sluggish icky...

Anyways, Right now I am going to post what I have had but totals will not be there for the lunch portion. I knew we were having a potluck and I planned accordingly to not bring any food and there is usually enough protein and veggies/fruit to sustain me through the event. I did a no-no and am paying for the price now. :(

B - protein bar (20g & 200 cal)
L - I had a small spoonful of: 
     pork carnita meat
     artichoke dip (baked)
     3 mini hot dog thingys in sweet sauce
     Fresh veggies
     3 cherries from a cherry pie and like a pinch of the crust (BAD JUJUJUJU)
S - protein bar (20g & 200 cal)
D - protein shake (24g & 114 cal)
S - protein shake (24g & 114 cal)

protein: 88g w/o lunch
Calories: 628 w/o lunch

Vitamins: all done
Water: 48oz down and 48 to go

I am going to flush out the bad stuff with protein shakes ~ pouch not happy, body not happy.

Still struggling with carbs/sweets a little,but today was a better day. I felt less sluggish. godn willing,after I carb cleanse this time I will have the strength to cast satan out. DH made the comment that it was purely the devil using this weakness against me,as we know he will try to do.

I am casting him out of this area of my life in the name of Jesus,amen.
