A Little Bit Counts...
I noticed that I was reading far too little of the NY Times, I think because I've been spending so much time on here! :) Anyway, in my return to reading the news more extensively, I came across this article on exercise. well.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/12/29/phys-ed-if-you-are-fit-you -can-take-it-easy/
The main point: a little bit counts!
In the seasons of my life when I'm reluctant to exercise, I think it's because I'm thinking I need to kill myself in the gym every day. But that's bad - exercise is about living, not death! And a little bit does count. Finding 30 minutes to do a cardio workout (while watching tv, even) is so much more possible than running a 5 k every day. No need for that!
Just thought I'd share this with you.
We can do this!
