Good Morning! I did my new kettlebell DVD then a 30 minute walk with weights on the treadmill.

I am loving my new routine! I'm sore, but no hip pain at all. I'm planning on a day off tomorrow, then a long run on Saturday.

Hi Diana!

I had a great workout this morning.  Only downside is that the gym was pretty empty.  It's a different experience in the daytime -  it loses its nightclub feel.  ;)

I spent 40 minutes on the AMT (Adaptive Motion Trainer).  It's just like running but no impact.  Not an elliptical.  Something else - a bit more rigorous.  And I love it!  I got my good tunes going and just closed my eyes and...worked!  

Then I went another 20 at 6.0 on the treadmill (2 miles).  

Then I did some lifting for the arms.  It's amazing how quickly those can tone!  Since I've started at this gym a few weeks ago I'm seeing a major difference.  

Then I did lower abs first (trainer says that's the way to do it, apparently) and then crunches and scissors.  

Then lots of stretching so I won't be out of stretch shape for ballet.

It was a great workout and I'm still running off the endorphins!!!

A quick warm up on the elliptical then full body weights. I love weight days

I am SOOOO sore today!  I was going to take the day off, then remembered zumba is tonight (new class).  So I think I'll do that and mix things up a bit.

Leave work - go to zumba - then come back.  Have to go home first and get some workout clothes though since I hadn't planned it.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Argh!! Low carb is sucking my ability to perform from my body!! I did 40 minutes of Zumba, 30 minutes on the eliptical and 30 minutes of weights.
