5DPT answers please
I don't have a pouch, but I have heard of sleevers doing this too...
Basically, it's going back to immediate post-op basics, but going through the different diet stages in 5 days instead of weeks. Like a couple of days of liquids, then soft foods, then solid proteins.
Some people do it to check their restriction or shrink their pouch back down. Some do it to detox from starchy carbs that have crept back into their diet. Some do it to break a long stall, kind of hitting the re-set button.

Hey Janet! Shannon did a great job of explaining why many of us LW's do the 5DPT
Here is a link to the 5DPT that explains her plan in deapth. On a side note many who do it do not follow the plan to a T......it's really just a way to get back into understanding your pouch again after you've maybe abused it a little.......LOL

Usually the people who are doing the 5DPT are about a year out or over, and need to get "back in touch" with their tool.
Since you're about 3 months out, I wouldn't recommend it for you. Your pouch is working great, but is something to think about in the future if you find yourself on a slippery slope.
