Fitness Fun - January 5

How are we all doing today? I returned to work today after a long staycation and I have to say...working sux big time...lol I'd rather be home...but I must pay the bills and therefore come to work. The good news is that I LOVE my job...so that helps...if I MUST work...lol
What are your fitness goals today? What did you do? Plan to do? Did you try anything new you want to share?
Ok, enough with the questions from me. For me today and this week, it's plain old vanilla cardio on the elliptical. Until I get back into the groove of work schedule and such.

I think it's called Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. I love her videos. She is very motivating (not yelling like on Biggest Loser lol). I love her too. The exercise specialist from my surgeon's office is not a fan, but I like her. My new DVDs will be here on Saturday. I researched on several websites and the same 2 videos kept popping up on all the top 10 lists...so that's what I ordered.

I went to the gym AGAIN today!! Can you believe it???
30 minutes on the treadmill, alternating between fast walking and running. Then about 15 minutes of upper body weight work.
I'm working afternoons/evenings - and I sure DO like having my mornings/mid day available to do this kind of stuff BEFORE I go to work. Won't last, so I'm taking advantage of it while I can and get my "routine" in place!

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
