I think your NUT makes sense too. I want to keep the restriction of course but I also want to eat 1 cup of food at a time so I feel more "normal". This 2-3 oz is tough when I am trying to eat with my family or out with friends.
Right now (so early out) whats working for me is my protein coffee in the am...I usually can eat real food and get up to 70-80 grams a day. My saving grace is logging my food...I have to do it, no ifs, ands, or buts. Otherwise everything goes downhill FAST!!
I review my protein for the day around 6pm and that dictates if I will have a shake or real food for dinner. Seems like I am up later and later every night trying to squeeze in those last few pills/liquid/food. Looking forward to having a little bigger stomach so at least the pills will go down quicker and easier.
