It works for me but that's kindof how I ate before WLS (only I made bad choices)  I have to be very careful now not to eat things to close together.

A great day with my daughter.  We went shopping and I bought a killer pants outfit (size 10 P)  for the banguet coming up and a couple of new bras.  Why is it I can wear this outfit and cant fit into size 12 jeans??? I hate this size thing.

I think a lot of it has to do with the stretch in the jeans and it  depends on the brand of jeans. I've found that the more expensive the jeans the smaller the size.  I Love the Not Your Daughter Jeans and the DKNY.  I wear the same size in my dress pants as I do my jeans.

I'm late today.  Work is crazy and I went out to lunch so I'm trying to catch up now.
I did good yesterday.  Slipped a little today, but not too bad.  I went shopping after lunch and bought me two new pairs of pants ---- size 6P's!!!  Never thought I could get to that size.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy navel Protein Drink
L:  Bites of appetizers-cheese stick, boneless chicken wing, fried mushroom - then I couldn't eat my lunch.  I had between 1/4 & 1/2 of a hamburger patty w/ blue cheese on it.
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Meatloaf and 1/4 cup black eye peas
S:  Carbmaster Ice Cream

Vitamins:  Done
Water:  100 ozs
Miles:  None

Well, I ate too much today, but even so, I'm 11 days without a single bad carb or grain of wheat. I feel so much better!

B- egg whites, salsa, Parmesan cheese, chicken sausage omlette
S- protein pudding, 10 almonds
L- turkey/white bean chilli
S-green beans, beef jerky
D-Atkins bar
S-shirataki and salsa
S- Atkins indulge

Calories- about 1200, protein- 124, carbs- about 68

Exercise- cardio intervals, strength, hip hop (2.5 hours)
Burned about 900 calories (in theory of course)

 ach im  still  carby  ..but maybe tomorrow  ill get cleaner  


still  PUSHING in Asbury to finish  the interior of renovation ,.... tiling  today  bathroom half finished ...looking GORGEOUS  I must add  ....

breakfast -  2  protein  Ethiopian organic coffees 

                    fatfree  meat  n spinach dreamfields  ( low carb ) lasagna 

                    a few slices of  fatfree  cheddar cheese  as a snack 

                   raspberries 

                   a few candies  ( bad i know )  just sugar  only because they were there 

                   an afternoon  large  coffee  with splenda  and skim milk 

                   dinner -  chinese  homemade fresh  pad thai  noodles with  homemade  peanut /sechuan   sauce  with  pea  shoots  /baby bok choi  / fresh garlic sprouts /  bamboo  shoots / eye round / king  mushrooms .
