Menus and Miles Wednesday Jan 6th
Beans were my staples too but I used them in soups and chili. My menus were always boring and they probably still are, but that's basically how I ate before WLS too. About the only change I made before surgery with my menu was which candy bar and how many was I going to eat after my boring meal.

Roz!! and LW's ~ how are you all today? Today is day 1 back to work from my staycation and boy is it a long a$$ day!! I was very good and packed all my food last night :)

B - egg bake & 1/4 cup cottage cheese (24.63 g & 153 calories)
L - turkey pastrami on shredded lettuce w/1 wedge laughing cow lite cheese
(15g & 185 cal - incld dressing)
S - turkey pepperoni slices 1 wedge laughing cow lite cheese (22.5g & 170 cal)
S - 2 SF pudding cups (120 cal)
D - 2 oz chicken breast & 2 oz black beans topped w/salsa (19.5g & 135 cal)
S - peanut butter & jelly protein drink (28g & 241 cal)
Protein: 115g
Calories: 947
vits: all done except tonights batch
Water: 104oz of water babeeee
I'm sure I'll have leftover chicken or something like that...just not sure yet. Will plug in final numbers later. :)

Blend 6oz of water - I tend to like right around 4 -5 oz...
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1 rounded tablespoon of peanut butter flour (trader joe's) or you can use PB2...
1 tablespoon sf jelly :)
2 ice cubes
Blend for 2 minutes (used Nik's triple x method..,makes it thick) pour in glass and top with whip cream!!
It is very very yummy!!

Peanut Butter Flour? I thought Kim's entry was a misprint and she meant flavor. Are there alot of carbs in it?
I'm going to try the jelly in my Fage because I am wasting to much of the SF cherry pie filling. Do you think the pie filling could be frozen?
