I did great yesterday without any "bad" carbs and sugar.  How about you??????  This should be our Goal for the rest of our lives!!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Congrats on your carb-free day, Roz! Day two at work. I have to laugh - my two closest colleagues told me that they both had dreams about me returning. In one dream, I was a size 8 - now that is dreaming! Here is the food for the day:


B- protein drink (40 g)
S- greek yogurt (10)
L- shrimp (10)
S- string cheese
D- turkey chili and asparagus (12)
S- pudding (10)

How long was it before you could eat shrimp? I'm having trouble with adding them and they're on my list now, but my stupid pouch doesn't like them yet.

Maybe it's just how you are fixing them.  Grilled shrimp was a slider for me but everyones pouch is different.

I started to eat it in my third week.  If I eat two with ****tail sauce, it goes down easy.  Have you tried it with ****tail sauce?

A size 8 might just be a Dream that comes true but if it's not I am betting you will be ecstatic in your goal size.

Thanks, Roz.  I have not decided on a goal weight.  I figure I will know it when I get closer.  For now, my goals are about changing my relationship with food and moving my body again.  Of course, that does not mean that I am not enjoying every lost pound!

I even got in all my vitamins and exercise yesterday!

B-protein shake (30 g)
S-Ice tea no sugar
L-Vanilla Lt yogurt with protein (15 g)
S-protein shake (30 g)
D-Refried beans (10 g)
S-Iced tea no sugar

B12, multi and calcium
15 mins walking on incline treadmill + a ton of snow to shovel.....and will likely have to do it again.

 I'm a week out and I walked about 6 miles, had 71 ounces of fluid and 65 grams of protein.
Drinking has gotten so much easier, but it pretty much took drinking all day to do it
