Congrats on your carb-free day, Roz! Day two at work. I have to laugh - my two closest colleagues told me that they both had dreams about me returning. In one dream, I was a size 8 - now that is dreaming! Here is the food for the day:

I even got in all my vitamins and exercise yesterday!
B-protein shake (30 g)
S-Ice tea no sugar
L-Vanilla Lt yogurt with protein (15 g)
S-protein shake (30 g)
D-Refried beans (10 g)
S-Iced tea no sugar
B12, multi and calcium
15 mins walking on incline treadmill + a ton of snow to shovel.....and will likely have to do it again.
