I am at goal!!!
Thank you!
The best advice I can offer would be to use your tool - it is exactly that. It won't do the work for you, but it will work with you to achieve your goal. You have to do your part by eating healthy, concentrating on protein, getting your exercise, monitoring your vitamin/mineral levels, keeping up on your fluids.
I know we all worked hard before our WLS surgery to lose weight. The difference now is that your efforts will yield lasting results, so it is very very rewarding to put in the work and see the weight come off. It is even better to kiss that weight goodbye FOREVER.
Good luck on your journey! Remember to reach out for support, advice and encouragement here on the LW board - we have an awesome group of people here.
