Menus and Miles Tues. Jan 4th
What a great post about those carbs Roz...it is very true!! As you have seen in my posts...right? Well, I'm totally back on my plan and feeling great. Have been now for over 2 weeks. Great....
I have been on a cooking frenzie coming up with new low carb great tasting high protein dishes. I must say I am having a lot of fun AND the scale is slowly creeping down...I hope it continues just a bit more... :)
B - scrambled egg whites (12g & 60 cal) 1/4 cup cottage cheese (6g & 45 cal)
S - Pure protein bar (20g & 200 cal)
L - Turkey pepperoni slices (9g & 70 cal) & 1 cheese stick (6g & 60 cal)
tomatoes & hummus (2g & 50 cal)
D - Beef Stroganoff (30g & 277 cal) this was homemade and put through recipe builder :) :) :)
S - PBJ Protein Shake (28g & 140 cal)
Protein: 85g
Calories: 902
Vits: done
Water: did only 64oz today...
