Do you just wrap your beef in your cheese?  Watch the potatoes they are full of "bad" starch.

yeah, I just wrap a piece of deli roast beef or ham around a cheese stick.  Easy and good protein.

I only eat 1/4c of potato and no more than 2 carbs (starch or beans) a day.  But thanks.  I'll keep an eye on it.

Roz, oh how I wished I had never eaten the first cracker or chip!!  You get hooked so fast and they do go down so easy...  This is my second day of staying away from them and it is sooo hard.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

I've got to be a better example than I have been.  I forget sometimes that I'm on maintenance and there are so many newbies *****ad our  posts.  I need to start eating like a newbie.

Do Lean Cuisines fill you up?  They go down so easy that I'm hungry soon after I eat them.

If I eat the Lean Cuisine's with lots of protein, it fills me up. I am surprised because early out, I could only eat half of one. I ended up having a subway sandwich for dinner. I also surprised myself by eating that. Yikes! I had them hollow out the bread, then I only ate about 1/3 of the bread, but still it is weird how the pouchster can hold more food now. Still doing good though.

You are a great example. Still getting in so much more protein than most of us!

   I'm craving chocolate, so think I'll add  1/2 protein bar as my afternoon snac****il that subsides a little. I think it's because I'm weaning off carbs.My carb devil is rebelling
