Why are you drinking gravy???

One of my coworkers asked me tonight why I was drinking gravy!! 


I came in with my 110oz bottle of pre-mixed Arnold Palmer Protein water which apparently looks like GRAVY..........LOL

Gravy anyone????     DRINK UP!!

lol  I'm sure my protein coffee and tea looks a lot like milk gravy. Eeewwww!

Not the most appetizing looking stuff.......but it sure does the body good!

Funny!  While I'm a pretty BIG fan of gravy...that pretty much grosses me out!!

LOL......I don't get grossed out about the comments anymore.....I usually ask them if they want to try it............they don't know what they are missing.........I LOVE MY GRAVY WATER!

I probably would have said "I thought I lost too much weight, so I needed to put a few pounds back on somehow"

I pretty much only mix my protein with coffee these days (I've become a little addicted), and my to go mug is not see through. I'm sure people just think I am drinking regular coffee.

yeah....unfortunately it isn't easy to hide a 110oz water bottle filled with nectar Iced tea and lemonade........it really isn't a pretty color........LOL

Where did you get a water bottle that big? I need one for school. I have very long Mondays and Wednesdays for the Spring semester, so my schedule will be screwed up, and I don't want to carry a bunch of water bottles with me all the time.

I found it at a local gas station.  I know IceMountain makes a gallon size jug as well.  It's not exactly easy to carry around though.........LOL  Maybe you could just get a liter bottle and refill from a water fountain??

That's what I will probably do. I am a little worried about my eating and drinking, but I only have class 3 days a week this Spring and only 2 are long days. Since surgery I have stayed at home and last semester I only had class for a couple of hours a day, and the rest were online. So I have had a lot of freedom with my eating and drinking. I just don't want to lose anymore, luckily most teachers let you snack and drink in class these days.
