Fitness Challenge - January 4
Oooooo - pick me! pick me!! Guess what I did today???
I went to the gym!! WOOHOO!!
I did 45 minutes on the treadmill - I did a fast 3.8MPH walk (for me anyway) for 40 minutes using the interval hill program, and 5 minute warm down. THEN I went to the weight area and did some arm toning exercises.
I didn't want to try and run today, since I'd been out of it for so long - want to work my way back up - but if I continue, I'll be running by the end of the week!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Curves this morning. A little sore (bad knee) from Zumba yesterday. Otherwise, feeling good.

UMMM does going to work count? No seriously........this is my first time reading your Fitness Challenge post. I've decided that I'm going to need some accountability when it comes to execising........So here is a quick list of what I've been doing since having WLS.........
NOTHING!
Nice huh? I've got the elliptical at home, I've got various free resistance bands, small free weights, ankle weights, wrist weights, small medicine balls, mini trampoline w/resistance bands, Exercise ball, yoga mat and DVD, pilates ball and DVD, over the door resistance bands for leg and arm work, and my favorite unused DVD Brazil Butt Lift!
And yet I sitll can't find anything to do.......I'M CRAZY! I bought all these things with good intentions and have used none of it! So starting tonight (WED) I will be bringing my over the door res. bands to work to see if I can get them to work on the doors (not sure if it will fit around the hydrolic door closer) AND my Brazil Butt Lift DVD so I can do that during downtime! I generally slow down after 2am and can get a good workout then!
I look forward to getting some support from you guys!
