I am sure with your love and support she will achieve her goals. Sounds like the young man is motivated as well, so maybe that will keep her wanting to finish school and go to college too.
Will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
You are a fantastic mom and now youre gonna be an out of sight gma!

Ah, Cindy!  Thank you for continuing to share this with us.

Please let us know how we can be helpful and supportive to you as this unfolds (and how we might not be supportive and helpful, if that ever comes up.)  We're here for us however you need us!

Peace to you and your family.

Congradulations Granny! It sounds like you have a wonderful frame of mind for your family and your daughter will benefit greatly from it. My bestfriend gave birth to my Goddaughter, Rebecca, when we were 17 and she is about to be a mom herself! My bestfriend raised a beautiful, smart, mature woman and she had her mom and dad to help her. You will make a wonderful grandmother and your daughter and grandchild will be blessed to have you!

Hi Cindy,

((HUGS)) to you and hang in there!   I have no good advice but can imagine this has got to be both exciting and scary and frustrating all at once!  You are a tough lady and will be there for her (I can tell by your posts and attitude) so those are the best things you can do I would imagine.  Please vent ANYTIME as we are all pretty good listeners.

I will keep your family in my thoughts that things work out all ok for all!

I'm sure that this is and will be difficult for your daughter and family, but with your wonderful attitude I have no doubt that it will all work out for the best.  I wish you all, all the best and your daughter is lucky to have such a supporting family!
