Fitness Challenge - January 3
I can truely say I worked out today. I did the curves curcuit for 30min then 1 hr of zumba. I was only planning on doing 1/2 hr but it was so much fun I stayed for the whole hour. I'm pretty pooped but feel great to "get'er done".
66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance

After being away for the weekend, I am now back at it at the gym, where it was, of course, packed! Good news is that it was packed with so much eye candy I didn't know what to do with myself. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to give this gym up after my 30 day membership expires...
Anyway, workout was great today. I ran for 3 miles (2 @ 5.5, 1 @ 6.0), then did abs and stretching. Nice and easy.
