B - 2 protein coffees 2 carbs
L - Wheat tortilla (small one) burrito (hamburg, cheese, sour cream, salsa) 22carbs
S - SF cinnamon bun latte (yum) with skim milk 16 carbs
S - Atkins bar (didn't need this but wanted something to CRUNCH) 16 carbs
D - choc cheesecake greek yogurt 12 carbs
S - protein drink 2 carbs

Vits:  yes
water:  ok...
carbs: 68 - way too high....


HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

An overall good day. I am staying away from the white carbs and sugar,even stayed away from the whole grain carbs today. Still eating too many sf candies,but wiill work on getting off them. Gonna do the 5DPT after this last get together this weekend.
