Happy Monday!! Not starting a Diet this week...YEAH!!! But I am going to work on a few bad habits I picked up over the holidays.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Is your Lemon Tea Protein? Have you tried putting some of your unflavored into your Crystalite if it's not? That's the only way I could get my Protein in at the beginning.

Good Morning! Over the last few days I ate everything that I shouldn't of and drank too much alcohol...so I'm back on it today cutting carbs since my weight loss is at it's prime when I do that :)
7am- cottage cheese w/ sugar free preservatives
10am- turkey slices w/ string cheese
1pm- 1/2 turkey burger w/cheddar cheese
4pm- turkey slices w/string cheese
7pm- 1/2 turkey buger w/cheddar cheese
620 cal
26 fat
14 carb
82 protein
7am- cottage cheese w/ sugar free preservatives
10am- turkey slices w/ string cheese

Good morning Roz and Lw's...well, my scale said I was 132.8. That is down another .2 ounces from yesterday so the scale is on the move..lol I have lost a pound last week. I am so happy about that. I feel balanced if you know what I mean. Pushing protein first and yummy meals...oh yes yummy ones.
Anywhoo....here's what's on todays plan:
B - 2 cottage cheese pancakes & 1 egg white omelet (20g & 126 cal)
S - Peanut butter cheesecake protein (48g & 228 cal)
L - ??
D - Monte Cristo sammy (Wait...I'll post the recipe later...it's a experiment. It will be high protein!!)
S - Hot chocolate protein drink (48g & 176 cal)
Protein: 96 w/o lunch & dinner
Calories: 530 w/o lunch & dinner
Vits: morning done
Water: 96 oz goal and will start after coffee
Miles: YMCA elliptical high intensity 45 min cardio :)
