Everyone, come home!!!!
I was ok with folks leaving for the holidays, but Jody is back and everyone else needs to come home. I miss the posts from Rosa, Shannon and Lee. I missed Ava's when she left to get married, but she is back. I love everyone here but I miss my other friends too.

Just found you. What exactly are Light Weights I thought they referred to people who had lost all their weight but maybe I am incorrect. I started at 247lbs, had RNY in April, have lost 52lbs but NO loss for 5months I am totally frustated My Dr, and nut and support group all think I do not eat enough as I work out several days a week. The thought of adding more calories is scary. Any help would really be appreciated I see my Dr tomorrow 1/3
Wow, I have never heard of a 5 month stall that early out. I had surgery in March 2010. I've had an almost three week stall that was hard as heck. I'll be very interested to hear what you find out.
Lightweights are typically those who don't have hundreds to lose. Like BMI's of under 45 to start with. It's more about starting weight than ending weight.
Welcome. Stick around!
