 I am going to ask this for the last time....promise...I need to put up avatar...someone told me there is a site where you can shrink your photo and then it will fit...PLease please let me know this again and I will post my avatar and a snow pic as well on my profile...thank you...sorry for the bother but it will be the last time I ask...not the last time the question is asked I'm sure.>>LOL...BTW I lost 2 pounds skiing ....I did not weigh myself all week and was certain I had gained...that's how  my sick head is...
anyhow got on the scale this morning and I'm down 2 more..WOO HOOO....happy new year lightweights...SEAVIEW

Seaview- Congrats on your weight loss!  You can 'bookmark' any threads that you would like to keep for future reference here on OH.  There is a bookmark option at the very top of  your page next to your name.  It's been great for me.  Anytime someone posts a link or a topic I know I will want to refer to again, I just bookmark it.  Saves a lot of frustrated scrolling to hunt something down.
