Fitness Challenge - January 2

Good morning LW's, 

I so cannot wait until tomorrow for a "normal" week to start. I have to finish cleaning and do errands. I'll do the Wii later if I have time. 

What about you? Have you made time for fitness?? 

Post what you have done and help inspire and motivate our group! :) I know I neeeeeed it!!!

I'm only going to run errands today since the rec center is closed. Tomorrow I plan on my little mini workout on the elliptical, and hope to do that as many times a week as I am up to doing! My husband teaches a kettlebell class at our Taekwondo school as well, and I hope to go to his class on Wednesday, too! (I have been cleared to do anything I did before, as much as I can tolerate, EXCEPT anything that explicitly targets abdominals.) So I can do what I call baby kettlebell swings, baby deadlifts, modified presses and rows. :) And the joint mobility exercises he does as warmup. My incisions feel GREAT! 

So, that's my plan for the week. I will check in and make myself accountable, but since I am only 2 weeks out, I will NOT push too hard and I will always take a day off if I need it and stop when I need to. :)

I did a grueling 32 min on the elliptical..... climbed up to a level 8 and my undies are SOAKED with sweat LOL!!

4 mile hill hike - really worked up a sweat! 998 ft climb in elevation. Found a little snow even!
