tilapia with lemon fat free promise butter buds white wine chicken stock and chives n fresh garlic

organic pea shoots whole box

baby brussels sprouts in fatfree bearnaise

organic ethiopian coffee with banana isopure and frangelico liqueur and fat free whipped cream

hungarian crepes made with low sugar morello cherry filling

chicken breast oven fried "nuggets " with lowfat peanut dipping sauce

probably popcorn

I am also glad the holidays are over and am more than ready to get back on track. DH has been sick for the last 10 days with pneumonia so I have been nursing him. That is not why I am off track...it is the carb monster. I am heartily tired of them,thank goodness.

There is one more holiday dinner that ws postponed once for weather and once for DH's illness that is this sat. After that,i may do the 5DPT to just get the carb cleansing over with.

L 1 dr kracker seeded spelt flatbread and seafood cheese spread
S string cheese
D homemade chili with beans and a little angel hair pasta
S cottage cheese and blueberries

Ava that tilapia sounds sooooo good. So does the crepes....so does the oh hell the whole menu sounds yummy!!!

Trying to get some denser proteins in to fill that pouch that is used to the Holiday grazing.

B: pork chop
L: nacho chips with salsa-----need to kick that carb

Hi roz! Long time no talk!! I would write more but I'm writing via my phone. Long story short, I can eat whatever I want these days and I need control back!

B- egg whites, salsa and cheese
S-pumpkin purée
L- 1c chicken chilli
S- low fat panna cotta, 15 almonds
S- chocolate protein jello

Calories- about 1000; carbs- about 58; protein- about 97
