Now that I've graduated to "normal" food, I'll try to post to this:
B: Greek Yogurt w/ simply fruit, splenda and granola
L: Kirkland's Chicken Corn Chowder w/ 3 crackers
S: Chicken roll up with cream cheese
D: Roast beef w/ carrot
I was surprised when I started tracking my meals to see that I'm okay with the protein, too much sodium, and alright with the rest. So we'll see.

Good day here. The sun finally came out and I took Chili for a drive even though it was cold and windy. Just have to put enough clothes on.

Tomorrow is my 3 month appt with the surgeon (even though I am almost 4 months out). I imagine he will be as pleased as I am.

I have been watching the scale creep down .2 ounces each day...lol...yes, I am a daily weigher...I own it proudly too!! I am now back down to 133.2 and I count that as a good solid honest number since I have gotten back on track...back to basics. I made another batch of my protein packed cottage cheese pancakes...the recipe is here... dianashealthhut.blogspot.com/

B - 1 egg white omelet w/2 protein cottage cheese pancakes (20g & 122 cal)
L - peanut butter flour (trader joes) protein shake (44g & 226 cal)
S - biscotti...I slipped...what can I say. (2g & 150 cal)
D - homemade turkey chili (20g & 275 cal)
** I do not like guestimating my meals now...so the chili may be give or take but it was made with ground turkey meat, turkey breast meat shredded, and beans. That's it...***
S - Protein drink (24g & 114 cal)
Protein: 110g protein

I'm a daily weigher too, but I only do whole numbers.
I'm going to try your pancakes as soon as I can get up enough nerve. I've only had pancakes 2 times since surgery and that was at a restaurant.
