I'll try that again:
Now that I've graduated to "normal" food, I'll try to post to this:
B:  Greek Yogurt w/ simply fruit, splenda and granola
L:  Kirkland's Chicken Corn Chowder w/ 3 crackers
S:  Chicken roll up with cream cheese
D:  Roast beef w/ carrot

I was surprised when I started tracking my meals to see that I'm okay with the protein, too much sodium, and alright with the rest.  So we'll see.

What was your Protein total?  Watch the granola and crackers...even a few can lead to bad habits.

You might be right about the crackers.  I was adding them to the soup to thicken it up.  The granola is about a teaspoon added to the yogurt.  The protein is averaging about 80 g.

Good day here.  The sun finally came out and I took Chili for a drive even though it was cold and windy.  Just have to put enough clothes on.

grits, lf sausage  8g
1/2 protein bar  10g
turkey sausage, kraut  8g
talapia, spinach  20g
decaf protein coffee  30
protein hot choco  25g

Totals
calories 707
protein  101
carbs  31

Tomorrow is my 3 month appt with the surgeon (even though I am almost 4 months out).  I imagine he will be as pleased as I am.

Howdy...

I have been watching the scale creep down .2 ounces each day...lol...yes, I am a daily weigher...I own it proudly too!! I am now back down to 133.2 and I count that as a good solid honest number since I have gotten back on track...back to basics. I made another batch of my protein packed cottage cheese pancakes...the recipe is here... dianashealthhut.blogspot.com/

ETA: Updated menu and totals

B - 1 egg white omelet w/2 protein cottage cheese pancakes (20g & 122 cal)
L - peanut butter flour (trader joes) protein shake (44g & 226 cal)
S - biscotti...I slipped...what can I say. (2g & 150 cal)
D - homemade turkey chili (20g & 275 cal)
** I do not like guestimating my meals now...so the chili may be give or take but it was made with ground turkey meat, turkey breast meat shredded, and beans. That's it...***
S - Protein drink (24g & 114 cal)

Protein: 110g protein
Calories: 887

I'm a daily weigher too, but I only do whole numbers. 

I'm going to try your pancakes as soon as I can get up enough nerve.  I've only had pancakes 2 times since surgery and that was at a restaurant.

I hope you try them AND like them. They are only 7g of protein, 2g of good carbs, and 48 calories per pancake.

Let me know if you try them and what you think... :)
