Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Hi Roz!  I'm back!!  And boy - do I ever need to be accountable again!  The holidays are OVER and its time to get back on track!  The scale was the HIGHEST its been since I've hit goal, so no more excuses and messing around! 

While out of town I did pretty good with my vitamins, but terrible with my protein drinks.  I didn't have any for a few days... shame on me...  and I even took them with me. 

I want to do a few days of protein drinks only.  Need to get the carbs out of my system.  I want to have this extra weight off by the time I go in for my BL/BA.  I may do the 5-day pouch test..

B - 2 protein coffees and 2 pieces of bacon
L - 2 1/2 scoop red grapefruit nectar protein drink




Vits:  yes
Water:

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

If you were too busy to drink your Protein you must have been having a great time!

You can do it Jody!!  I'm going to do better this week too!!!  I've been skipping meals and snacking way to much.

I bought some nutthins.  I'm afraid I would eat to many of them since they are so thin.  I probably won't buy them again.  I don't need another tempting cracker in the house.

Hi Roz and everyone.

I have to go to work in a little while so I'm going to post earlier today.  We are starting play practice today for our annual fundraiser.  I'm behind the scenes not in the play!!
