How to change avatar?

Hi I took a full body shot to upload last night. It seems it saved on the site but my older picture still shows and I don't know how to delete it. Can anyone help me understand how to change my picture. I did shrink it, but I'm not sure if it is small enough or how to tell.

Yep, I'm drooling over your lobster. All I had to do was refresh. Maybe delete your cache of temporary Internet files.

How do you delete temorary intenet files. I still see my old picture, even in the post listings.

Arggh, I still can't see the picture!!! I restarted my computer and everything! Thanks for all the compliments!

On my avatar page the lobster picture shows up next to the picture in red.

 I see it, I see it! Yeah.  You know its funny to hear the words skinny. I at 184 in this picture. I have lost 50% of  my excess weight which technically makes me a WLS success. My bariatric team said they'd like to see my somewhere between 150-170 given my medical history, genetics, etc. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this. Given my age, headed towards 50, this may be good enough.

I am very healthy now and have changed a lot. I'm just taking it day by day.
