Think I figured it out
The reason I got so sick last night.
I have not been getting in all my liquids. I have noticed how things are just not sitting well and decided to look at my logs and figured out I am not getting in all of what I need.
So what is a good way to get rehydrated quickly???
I am drinking some G2, (gatorade low calorie) but is there anything else that can help?

Logs really do come in handy if we look back and use them (not that I am very good at that).
For me, plain water seems to go down and help when I am thirsty than just about anything else, like those days when I get to 3:00pm and realize I haven't had anything to drink since before breakfast.

Oh dear. I have never liked water until after surgery, then it was the only thing I liked. My other go to drink is herb tea. I like green tea but have tried to kind of stay off that because of the caffine but there is a decaf constant comment that is good and all of the various herbs. I like peach and most of the fruit flavors. Not sure what would be the best for rehydrating.
