Fitness Challenge - January 1 HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011!!

Happy 2011!!! Today is 1-1-11....whooo hooo

Well, today I got up cooked a breakfast for kings...my Jones boys, DH, DS2 and FIL...then I cleaned up and got my kitchen under control. Then I went out and shoveled snow because mother nature decided to puke snow again last night...after midnight of course...just to surprise us...oh well I guess it is winter and all...lol

Today I will not be going to the gym...but will be cleaning my house keeping up after the messes the boys will be making while watching football...

What about you guys?

I did 27 min elliptical and crashed........... I got so tried today!!
Now Im just hangin out here and watching footbal... them Badgers better kick some BOOTAY!!
uh but it is bath night for the kiddos so I need to do some tub scrubbing!

Hehe...well don't overdo buddy...and watch that football!!! 

I think Im gonna go make some Chai Protein Tea now to re-energize myself!

I have still been babying my knee, so I have not excercised in I dont know how long. But I am up and down moving around and taking the DD and DS#1 shopping tomorrow..( note DD needs to stand for Dear Diva and not daughter LOL)

Well take it easy ok...get some rest for sure. 

Nothin at all today....going for 8 miles in the morning!

Thinking about heading to the gym before the grandkids get here...we will see if that actually happens
