I think I am getting sick. What is up with that? I was just sick last month. I thought I was supposed to get healthier.

S-protein drink
D-our family tradition is my semi homemade chili. I use 3 cans of Hormel chili, 1 package of cream cheese and 1 lb of ground beef. My kids love it with cornbread. I am having it without the cornbread.

Happy New Years everyone. My last meal yesterday decided to attack me. I did not post yesterday because I was busy but I did alright...I stayed on track. BUT my dinner was 2 oz of elk sausage and sauteed veggies...um, such a no go I thought I was gonna die. I dumped for sure but not really sure on how I did that. The only thing I can think of is that the meat was too dense?? Something in the sausage mix that I didn't know about?? But hey, it sure looked pretty. DH said it tasted awesome so I know it was just me...pppfftt...stupid elk...lol
Anyways...now that princess pouch decided to remind me who's in charge...I stay on plan today...lol

S - whipped cottage cheese (13g & 80 cal) w/sf jelly and splenda ( I will blend in processor)
D - turkey chili. (not sure how to calculate this but it only has meat, beans, and tomatoes.) (20g & 275 cal)
S - greek yogurt with sf pudding mixed and topped w/whip (13g & 65 cal)
Protein: 113g
Calories: 867
Vits: all done
Water: 96oz goal met...
Miles: cleaning...bleh...
If anyone has suggestions on how to calculate the chili I'm open...otherwise I'll just round off to 200 cal and 10g to guesstimate it...lol Looks like I have plenty of room to do that with the totals listed...
Ok, so I looked up homemade turkey chili on dailyplate and averaged the recipes I saw. I made it with turkey breast meat shredded and added 1lb of ground turkey and kidney beans and cannelloni beans.
Stay safe and warm!!

dreadful eating all day
red wine .... hardwork .. dont ask ....
i basically drank my lunch .
dinner was a political fundraiser thingy catered kosher vegetarian ...and there wasnt any FOOD !!
or should i say what there WAS was FRIED so i couldnt eat it ... and started so late ( after 8 ) that i had to get a bagel to tide me over ..( add one whole wheat everything bagel .. I ate half )
so I ate basically rice n beans , some spinach and homemade cheese
lol
Honestly I must have eaten a lot more in the course of the day I just dont remember ... but thank God my weight is holding . Thats the one nice thing about fat free eating .. its very forgiving especially when its high fiber and very low sugar too . I used to be a bread monster before surgery but now my pouchie wont stand for that either .. the bagel was a VERY rare treat ( and i was SCARED honestly that Id end up sneezing uncontrollably or on my back ) lol
