Happy New Year Everyone!

Got up early today...DID NOT ring in the new year at midnight (more like 9:30pm!)  Had a tiny glass of champagne with a splash of pomegranite juice...yummy!

Breakfast:  Coffee and protein shake (Muscle Milk) 22 g
Planned Snacks:  cheese stick, almonds, and navel orange
Lunch:  Taco Soup
Dinner:  Wedding tonight....no idea what I'll eat...got to behave though!
I've been "detoxing" a bit from some holiday eating....too much and too many carbs and bites of sweets.  My tummy truly is SORE....BACK on the wagon today!

It's a little discouraging....when I am following the rules I lose NO weight.  When I'm "bad"...eating too many carbs, not enough protein, too many bites of sugary stuff- I LOSE!

Ready to put holiday eating BEHIND me!!

Have a super NEW YEAR'S DAY everyone!

My sons went down to my parents and we're dog sitting. I'm going to try to pull together some pork roast for dinner but I don't have any blackeyed peas, collards or corn bread. No traditional New Years dinner.
