hello from the snow
So here I am in Tahoe...second day in the snow...skiing all day...no problems...haven't skied all day in years...when I fall down I can get up again..no more embarrassing taking off the skis and then rolling around until I can get up...so humiliating....now I can get right up again....it's wonderful...fabulous...the food is going well as well as hydration...losing this weight has given me back my life...now I think I could be one of those older people who ski until they're 70....or 80...yay...love my sleeve ....love you guys...SEAVIEW
