D-going out to eat with my kids for my birthday. My favorite restaurant, Buster's, which is BBQ. I always get the chicken dinner with 2 sides. I will probably get the pinto beans and a green salad which my daughter eats. I will eat the pintos and maybe a little chicken and take the rest home for leftovers.

Happy Birthday....!!!!!! BQ is one thing that I just can't eat since surgery...except Honey BQ chips...LOL I loved BQ ribs before surgery. I sometimes think that the thoughts of dumping is what gets to me rather than the actual taste.

Actually, I don't usually have the BBQ sauce,although they have the best sauce in my opinion. It is not thick or sweet at all. They have 4 flavors, sweet, mild, hot and chipolte. But the meat is BBQed in mesquite and tastes good all by itself so I have always eaten it with very little, if any, sauce.
I finally got off the farm and to Curves. Still have lots of snow and the ground is just mush from the melting.
I'm ready for 2011. I just want no more snow and "normal" temp days. This extreme cold and snow is really depressing.

I am going to get started posting my menus and miles again tomorrow. I was so "off" on my eating over the holidays, that it was pointless. Now, I've been on these meds for a few days that are making me not want to eat, so that's kind of pointless too.
So far today, I've had:
protein drink
3 oz tuna
2 T mayo
1 pickle
6 triscuits
Water and Vits
I might eat some scallops tonight though.
MILES - ran three miles this morning.
