Houston is feeling a lot better today. Last night he wanted to play but everything made him so winded. My DD is nauseated but not throwing up or having diarrhea like yesterday. We are wondering if maybe she had a touch of the flu.

Hi Roz, I don't know about you...but I am ready for a new year. A good good new year. This year was a b*tch.
I am pushing mostly protein very little if no carbs. The restriction is absolutely tight tight when I do so that is the plan. I made 2 egg white omelet and couldn't even make it through 1/2 of it...that is how tight...lol My DS2 keeps teasing me when I serve up my food saying you aren't going to eat all that...lol He's a smart a** and I have no idea where he got that from....ahem....moving on now.

B - 1 egg white omelet (6g & 30 cal) & (9g & 60 cal)
S - Protein shake (37g & 199 cal)
L - 2 oz turkey pastrami (9g & 60 cal) w/2 laughing cow cheese wedges mixed with 1/2 cup greek yogurt mix(15.5g & 135 cal) & celery sticks
D - chicken tenders green chili soup w/beans (19g & 170 cal) - ish...I made a great soup!!
S - Protein drink (37g & 199 cal)
Protein: 138g
Calories: 883
Vits: Done :)
Water: 96 oz +
Miles: cardio @ Y...45 min high intensity on elliptical

I had a pretty good year, but with 2 new (possibly 3) babies coming in the new year and a few vacations and cheer trips planned I am anxious to get 2011 started.

I'm so glad the decarbing worked for you and tightened things up. I brought more protein with me today so I'd snack on that instead of carbs. So far so good.
