Good Morning Again. What are you aiming for this year?
I think I will aim for a little balance.
I will try to eat a little more solid food in addition to my protein shakes.
I will track my labs a tweak accordingly.
I will add the emulsion form of omega 3s and 6s to my schedule.
I will volunteer for more duties at work, because my company is hurting right now.
Next....

I want to reach goal, whatever my body decides it is.
I want to be able to go on a 2 hour trail ride with my pony.
I want to reach a good balance between getting my work done and having a good time with the ponies.

I would like to MAINTAIN my weight (within 10 pounds)
I want to eat more WHOLE foods (ie: more trips to the Farmer's Market and the perimeter of the grocery store)
I want to DECLUTTER my home and my classroom....trust me, this will be harder than ANY weight-related goals!
I want to walk/run at least one race this year with my family.
Be more diligent with my supplements, food tracking, and exercise....I do PRETTY good but there is always room for improvement!
NEXT....

2 of my DD's used the book "The House That Cleans Itself" and I am so amazed at the difference in their houses that I'd buy stock in this book if I could. One DD has a home daycare and 2 children of her own and the other has 1 child, works outside the home and has a DH who saves EVERYTHING. I think if this book can help them it can help anyone!!

I will reach a point in dancing where I would be happy for people to see me do it.
I will start pointe again in a few weeks.
I will reach my first goal (130) before the summer.
I will set new goals in weight (planning for bounce back) and fitness and I will meet them.
I will develop a fabulous wardrobe of clothes that fit my body once I reach my final goal.
I will maintain.
I will stick around the LWs board to get help and to offer help to the long line of people coming behind me.
I might take trapeze class this summer.
I might go skydiving (in tandem).
I might consider training for a triathlon or marathon...
