OT - stressed to the max

My brother and his wife were parents at 17. They made it! This was not perfect timing at all. My mother was in the hospital fighting for her life when it happened, our parents had just seperated, my other brother had died 2yrs earlier. I can remember praying like crazy for them. God surrounded them and things turned out wonderful. They went through a few rough years but this baby turned out to be a blessing to all of us. His name is Matthew. Matthew is the greatest nephew anyone could ever ask for. He is now 19yrs old graduated from school and is now going to a community college. My brother put his nose to the ground and did what he had to do for his family. He joined the airforce to provide for them. He is now a Master Sargeant. They have just bought their first house. They went on to have our niece 4 years later. Sometimes what you think is the worst thing that could have ever happened is actually a blessing in disquise. You will be in our prayers.  Surround her with patience and love. May you find comfort in knowing that she felt comfortable enough to come to you. Hugs, Danielle

Having an 18 yo daughter myself, I can imagine what kind of shock you are in!  Everything happens for a reason and I have no doubt that you will love her through it all and support her.  All the best to all of you!
