Fitness Challenge - December 29
Ahhh. Me and my so-called "strong legs" are shaking in our boots (literally!) today. My workout with the trainer yesterday kicked in hard-core today, and all I can say is: OUCH!
It's just the weakness leaving my body. It's just the weakness leaving my body. Repeat.
That being said, I went ahead and gave myself a full ballet class at the gym today. I just commandeered one of their beautiful studios and went to work! It was great to get those movements in - a few days off can do a number on my flexibility and strength.
So that was my exercise. I felt good about it. Now I just have to figure out how to walk home from the subway once I leave work...
